Maui Maintenance Man is led by David and his three sons, Avi, Noah and Mikah. As a family business, we take a hands-on approach to the properties entrusted to us and work to provide owners, residents, boards and managers with a dependable local point of contact.
We focus on practical solutions, responsive communication and reliable on-island oversight—from routine maintenance and inspections to repairs, vendor coordination and property & site management.

Our connection to the ʻāina is an important part of how we approach our work. We believe caring for Maui properties also means respecting the land and community that make this island so special.
Whenever practical, we look for opportunities to reuse, repurpose or recycle materials rather than simply throwing them away. Whether we are completing a repair, maintaining a property or overseeing a larger project, we try to make thoughtful choices that reduce unnecessary waste.
We understand the importance of aloha ʻāina—love, respect and responsibility for the land. Our goal is to care for the properties entrusted to us while doing our part to preserve Maui for the families and generations who call it home.
